Artistic Pathways: Unveiling Opportunities for Artists within Sacramento Organizations is an event series which introduces Sacramento-based artist entrepreneurs to a range of opportunities to earn revenue from their art. It features diverse organizations in our city that pay artists for their artwork or hire them to share their artistic skills. Participating organizations include nonprofit arts and cultural centers and for profit businesses like art consultancy firms and real estate development companies.
By attending or watching events in this series, artists learn about the range of opportunities available to earn revenue as an artist, including selling artworks to public and private collections, teaching art techniques, performing at events, painting murals, and more.
